Jack Foreman

Jack is a Director at Alpha Browett Taylor and a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), with extensive experience across the London and wider commercial property markets. Adopting a client-focused and relationship-driven approach, he works closely with tenants, landlords and investors to provide strategic property advice and deliver long-term value.

Jack plays a key role in supporting clients with acquisitions, disposals, leasing transactions, and asset management strategies. He is committed to providing clear, proactive advice and building lasting relationships founded on trust, communication, and results.

Sisay Ketama

Sisay is Head of Client Accounting at Alpha Browett Taylor, where he leads the firm’s financial operations and client accounting function. Drawing on over 20 years of experience in the real estate and property management industry, he brings deep expertise in property finance, client reporting and the operational demands of a diverse portfolio.

Sisay is committed to delivering accurate, transparent financial reporting and maintaining the highest standards of financial management across the business. His meticulous approach, sector knowledge and focus on operational efficiency make him a trusted point of contact for clients and stakeholders alike.

Chris Hutt

Chris is a Non-Executive Director at Alpha Browett Taylor. Chris started his professional career with Crowe UK LLP in the Corporate Tax team, subsequently joining PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP within the Deals Tax M&A practice, working as part of the Global Corporates and Sovereign Wealth Funds team. Whilst at PwC, Chris completed the ACA/CTA Joint Pathway qualification. 

 

Chris later pursued a career change and joined the Royal Air Force as an Intelligence Officer, where he continues to serve as an RAF Officer. In his capacity as a Non-Executive, Chris brings a broad range of experience across corporate taxation, transactions, strategic advisory and leadership.
